Shipping and Returns Update

Canada Post operations have resumed; however, we are continuing to temporarily use Purolator for shipments while Canada Post clears delays in their network.

Mail-in returns with Canada Post have resumed, but processing times may be longer as backlogs are cleared. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return.

Please Note:

  • Purolator does not deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote and rural areas.
  • Delays may occur across both Purolator and Canada Post networks due to heavy congestion and weather conditions, which may result in extended delivery times.
